iNet Service desk operates 24x7x365. It is manned by specialist technical personnel, who proactively monitor and manage the network and the underlying services provisioned.

They provide a first point of contact for technical assistance and problem determination / resolution, and are supported by other specialist technical teams as situations dictate.

For all day-to-day operational queries / problems, customers should contact the INOC in the first instance.

A trouble ticket will be raised on the iNet Network Management System and it will be managed in accordance with the problem / fault handling flow, with the necessary communication and where relevant escalation actions taken.
