The Electronic Payment Solutions business unit started with an aim to become the leader of secure electronic transaction carrier network and value added services for electronic payment solutions in Saudi Arabia. At the core of this business unit is a platform designed, commissioned and operated totally by INET, the iSpan Architecture.

iSpan Architecture
At the core of this business unit is the iSPAN product, an initiative designed and launched by INET. iSPAN is a secure electronic transaction carrier network, fully managed, cost-effective, easy to access Financial Transaction delivery network for moving real-time data such as financial transactions faster, reliably and more securely. iSPAN enables your operation to meet the changing demands of your customers in the area of Electronic Payment Solutions at Point of Sale. iSpan is available in 3 modes: On-Demand, Always-On and Mobile. We have also various innovative applications such as Loyalty programs.

Loyalty Solutions
The Loyalty Program was established to drive “front of wallet” placement of cards and increase share of wallet for cardholders, differentiate the card portfolios from competitors, differentiate the merchant acquiring proposition and drive more card spend over bank’s card acceptance network and reduce both cardholder and merchant attrition. The program shall enable Loyalty Manager (LM) to track customer purchase behavior, understand customer value based on recency, frequency, monetary (RFM), design targeted loyalty schemes and promotions to maximum value from each customer.
