NOC
Responsible for monitoring the network for alarms or other conditions that may require special attention to avoid impact on the network's performance and maintain customer provisioned data and Internet Links up and running as per the Service Level agreements. The NOC analyzes problems, performs troubleshooting, communicate with site technicians and other NOCs from other service providers and track problems through resolution. All this is performed by following a proper escalation procedure that escalates any problem that arises to the appropriate person to guarantee the fastest resolution.
